How do we do it?
We market extensively through Pay Per Click advertising and can be found on page one of Google for many of the most recognised search terms for conveyancing. A prospective client searching for conveyancing quotes will land on one of our websites from Google and are able to generate an instant online quote. PRS then send the quote information through to the client on email for them to keep and refer back to.
Following the online generation of the quote our dedicated customer service team will contact the client and explain the quote in detail and answer any questions the client may have regarding the conveyancing process including disbursements and any searches that might be necessary on the property.
If the client wishes to instruct all the necessary details are taken and passed to the firm on our panel. We only pass qualified and instructed cases and not leads meaning that the panel solicitor does not have to be involved until the conveyancing process begins. Therefore saving both time and money in the attempt to convert leads into new business, we do all that for you!
